He was predeceased by: his parents, George Frye and Catherine Frye; and his wife Elva Pauline. He is survived by: his children, Susan Frye of Maysville, NC, Debbie Goodman of Falls Church, VA and Delbert Harold Frye, Jr. of Leesburg, VA; and his brothers, Melvin "Jim" Frye and Jack Frye. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren.
