It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Winston Riggan of Clarksville, Virginia, who passed away on August 17, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Riggan and Virginia Cannon Riggan; and his siblings, Robert "Bobby" Riggan and Geraldine Pitts. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Elliott Riggan; his son Jeff Riggan of Keysville; his grandson Bradley Thomas Riggan; and his siblings, Joe Riggan and Janet Claiborne.
