He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sisters, Sylvia Shepherd of South Hill and Susan Sciotto (Paul) of South Hill; his nephews, Jay Freeman, Jon Freeman and Jason Jones; his niece Megan Shepherd; his close friend Dr. Heather Williamson; and his sister Ann Freeman. He was also cherished by great nieces and nephews as well as great-great nieces and nephews.
