We are sad to announce that on February 13, 2024, at the age of 93, Robert Walter Howerton (Clarksville, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Howerton and Elmira Howerton. He is survived by: his wife Myrna McAden Howerton; and his children, Jeffrey Dean Vaughan, Rhonda Grubb (Phil), Lisa Shelton and Myra Dyke (Jimmy). He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Jamieson Memorial Methodist Church and the Mecklenburg County Rescue Squad.
