He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Alton Fuller and Grace Kidwell Fuller; and his former wife Carol B. Fuller. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Fuller; his children, Phillip Fuller, Jr. and Jennifer Fuller Andrews; his stepson Todd McBride (Jennifer); and his half-sister Christina Smith.
