She was predeceased by: her parents, William Robert Eubank and Mary Glanville Bass Eubank; and her brother William Aubrey Eubank. She is survived by: her husband Doug MacArthur "Mac" Booth of Clarksville; her children, Todd Booth (Tina) of Clarksville and Wendy Booth; and her brother Samuel Herbert Eubank (Susie) of South Boston.
