With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Crouch Buchanan of Clarksville, Virginia, who passed away on March 13, 2021 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Crouch and Florence Crouch; her stepfather Richard Collier; her son-in-law Danny Nelson; and her husband Burton Buchanan.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Buchanan (Toni) of Clarksville, Eddie Buchanan (Lynda) of Wilmington and Sharon Nelson of Norfolk; her grandchildren, Nikki Pierce (Ryan), Justin Buchanan, Joshua Nelson (Jennifer), Eric Buchanan (Libby), Nathan Buchanan (Bibis), Meryl Kornet (Drew), Glynnis Buchanan and Ashley Hillian (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Layne, Brennen Pierce, Evan LaBella, Jaydn, Elinor Hillian, Jackson Buchanan, Scotland Buchanan, Maven, Edith Buchanan, Kelly and Jacob Nelson. She is also survived by Eight grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Mecklenburg County Life Saving & Rescue Squad.
