She was predeceased by: her father James Ralph; and her sister Lori Mondeau. She is survived by: her close friend Barbara Martin; her children, Keith Horn (Renee) of Delaware and Vicki Anderson (John) of Oak Island, NC; her grandchildren, Kyle Horn (Amber) of Delaware and Shane Horn (Courtney) of Delaware; and her siblings, Aggie Caparatta of Clarksville, Ann Slaughter of Clarksville and Jimmy Callahan of Clarksville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
