He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Reese Green; and his siblings, Jean Callahan and John Green. He is survived by: his daughter Karen Green Futrell (Cliff) of Nashville, NC; his grandchildren, Megan Unrue (Aaron) of Rocky Mount, NC and Will Futrell (Jessica) of Smithfield, VA; his great grandchildren, Henry Unrue and Emerson Futrell; and his siblings, Lawrence Ray Green (Sylvia) of South Hill, VA, Ralph Green (Carol) of Townsville, NC, Marjorie Chandler of Moneta, VA, Catherine Tedder (Lee) of Wadsworth, OH and Linda Morgan (Connie) of Chesterfield, VA.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
