He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Clyde Madison, Sr. and Allene Madison Hardwick; and his wife Kathryn Edgerton Madison. He is survived by: his son James Lewis Madison (Dondi Madison); his grandchildren, Shelby Madison, Lindsey Madison, Brandon Wyatt and Bradley Wyatt; his sister-in-law Patricia Ryan (Chuck); and his friends, Larry Willis and Beverly Hite. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
