She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley and Rosa Lee Doggett Vaughan; and her sister Louise Vaughan Smith. She is survived by: her cousins, Patricia C. Huff of Clarksville and Carolyn C. Blackburn of Monument, CO; and also, Sterlin Huff, Crystal Huff, Tara DiGiacomo, Zachary Williams, Brittany Malone, Michael Huff, Michele Hesler and Sirena DiGiacomo.
In lieu of flowers, Frances asked that donations be made to Lake Country SPCA, Jamieson United Methodist Church, and Ephesus United Methodist Church.
