Gaines, Jr. (Rachel) of Houston Texas, Charles Cedric Gaines (Whitney) of Austin Texas and Elizabeth Naomi Lomax (James) of Fort Worth Texas; her sister Grace W. Russell of Upper Marlboro, Maryland; and her sister-in-law Bettie W. Williams of Clarksville. She is also survived by relatives, caring friends.
