He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Sizemore and Olar Pines Sizemore; his husband Ervin Linwood Watkins; and his siblings, Louis Carter Sizemore, Thomas Douglas Sizemore and Galvin Edward Sizemore.
He is survived by: his children, Evella W. Hutcheson of Clarksville, VA, Christopher A. Watkins of Glen Burnie, MD and Ervin Watkins (Etta) of Nelson, VA; his sister Minnie Arnold of New York; and his uncle George Sizemore. He is also survived by two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, 10 step great-grandchildren, 4 step great-great-grandchildren.
