With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edwin Haskins Harris Jr. of Clarksville, Virginia, born in South Hill, Virginia, who passed away on January 3, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Haskins Harris and Lila Boswell Harris; his brother Robert Leon Harris; and his wife Eileen Cordle Harris. He is survived by: his children, Mary Kyle H. Saunders (Harris) of Toano, VA and Charles E. Harris (Nicole) of North Chesterfield, VA; his grandchildren, Joseph H. Saunders, Thomas J. Saunders, Rachel N. Harris, Charles E. Harris, Jr., Emily J. Harris and Daniel A. Harris; and his sister Alice H. Horton of Grimsby, Ontario. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and life-long friends.
