It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Simmons Robbins of Clarksville, Virginia, who passed away on August 20, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin Floyd Robbins; her parents, George Robert Simmons and Elizabeth Tuck Simmons; her children, Margaret Elizabeth Burton and Cephus Eugene Parson; and her former husband Cephus Junior Parson.

She is survived by: her children, Maxine Ann Knight (Randy) of Fort Payne, AL and George Allen Parson of Alberta, VA; her grandchildren, Elenor Hopkins (Tim), Charity Knight and Joshua Knight; and her great grandchildren, Dylan and Savannah Hopkins.
