He was predeceased by: his parents, Waddie Hudgins and Pattie Walker Hudgins. He is survived by: his wife Cora Juanita Hudgins of Clarksville, VA; his children, Winfred P. Hudgins of Reston, VA and LaNita Hudgins of Chicago, IL; his niece Laurette Graham; and his nephew Rev. Cornelius Ogburn. He is also survived by other loving relatives and caring friends.
