He is survived by: his significant other Carol; his children, Clinton C. Dalton, Jr. (Sarah) of Virginia Beach, VA and Christine R. Pennington (Berk) of Keysville, VA; his grandchildren, David Howell, Jr. (Kelsey), Jesse Dalton (Marie), Zachary Howell, Piper Dalton, Grace Howell, Samuel Howell and Harper Dalton; his sister Claralyn Reese (Ken); and his sister-in-law Yvonne Dalton.
