He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Spaulding Chase and Margaret Olney; his wife Wilhelmina Gallagher Chase; and his daughter Sandra Chase Nash. He is survived by: his son Michael Chase (Debbie); his grandchildren, Karen Currier (Eddie), Breidi Norwood (Mike), Tammy Tillotson (Christopher Coleman), Brianne Tillotson (Jeff Hamilton) and Joshua Chase (Samantha); and his great grandchildren, Patrick Currier, Torre Caparatta, Joseph, Janey Norwood, Aiden, Dylan Coleman, Jackson, Brayden, Kadence and Easton Chase.
