Charles Carter Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Carter of Clarksville, Virginia, who passed away on January 18, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his significant other Bea; his great grandchild Navy; his parents, Shorty Carter and Thelma Carter; his brother Owen; and his children, Wayne Carter, Art Carter, Cathy Paramore, Sharon Jordan and Jerry Carter. He was also cherished by his 13 grandchildren, and all but one of his 22 great grandchildren.
