She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandchild Clarksville; her parents, Roy Williams Bomar and Annie Sue Jennings Bomar; her husband Walter Smith Vaughan, Jr.; her daughters, Susan Kay Vaughan Waltman (Steven) of Gibsonville, NC, Elizabeth Payne Vaughan Nunn (Mark) of Virgilina, VA and Mary Catherine Vaughan (Andrew Gerber) of Aspen, CO.; and her grandsons, William Vaughan Nunn, Payne Atkins Nunn and Ryan Mitchell Waltman.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Clarksville Baptist Church, 210 5th Street, Clarksville, VA 23927.
