He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Virginia Doss Toler; and his brother Charles Henry Toler. He is survived by: his wife Annie Sowell Toler; his children, Jeffrey Toler of Burlington, NC, Malcolm Glen Taylor (Tammy) of Boydton, VA and Kym Edwards (Jerame) of Concord, VA; and his sisters, Eleanor Roberts of Gladys, VA and Phyllis Foster (Page) of Danville, VA.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, Bobby's family is asking that donations be made to the Mecklenburg Rescue Squad.
