She was predeceased by: her parent Richard J. Hoffmann; her sibling Norma Manion (late Kerns); and also David Quinn (Gloria). She is survived by: her parent Ann Schmidtner Hoffmann; her siblings, Vivien Urban (Tadeusz), Rita Caroline and Ruth Eileen; and her nieces and nephews, Thomas (Gail), Richard (late Kathy), James (Debbie), Michael (Patty), Stephen (Peggy), William Manion (Sandy), John (Marsha), Mary Ann and Robin Quinn. She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces.
