He is survived by: his parent Doris Lucille King Starke; his son Kenneth Lee Starke, Jr.; his wife Karen; his daughter Renee Shafer; his grandchildren, Randy Shafer, Robbie Shafer, Katelyn Starke, Kasey Starke and Lindsay Harrup (Josh); his great grandchild Dayton Harrup; and his sisters, Robin S. Humbuch and Shirley S. Brown.
