It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walker B. Davis of Churchville, Virginia, born in Travelers Rest, South Carolina, who passed away on January 22, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Benson Lee Davis; his parents, Boyce Davis and Lura Davis; and his sister Alta Minor. He is survived by: his wife Emma Fay Davis; his children, James Davis, Janette Ray, JoAnn "Jodie" Davis, Josef Davis, Karin Graham and Donald Carico; his sisters, Elizabeth Ballew, Nancy Harden and Linda Gibson; and his grandchildren, Daniel Davis, Alexandra "Lexi" Davis, Gabriel "Gabe" Davis, Frankie Meadows, Isaiah Henderson, Tori Graham, Kimberly "Kimmy" Graham, Trey Graham, Crystal Wright, Savannah Thrift, Hailey Thrift, Raven Carico, Sir Carico and Sophie Turley.
