She was predeceased by: her husband James Cleveland "Jimmy" May of Churchville; her parents, Lewis D. Campbell and Frances Elizabeth Campbell (Colvin); her daughter Constance May Smiley; her daughter-in-law Kim May; and her siblings, Clyde, Donald, Fred, Nelson Campbell, Maude Campbell, Bessie Fridley and Mary Lou Campbell.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey A. May of Staunton and Richard L. "Ricky" May (Gail) of Mt. Sidney; her grandchildren, John Smiley, Jr., Richard May, Jr., Jacklyn Nutty, Justin May, Philip Smiley and Eric May; and her siblings, Oscar Campbell (Violet) of Churchville, Edward Campbell (Cherie) of Staunton, Susan Fridley of Maryland and Thelma Larson of Maryland.
