He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Briley Fisher, Sr. and Minnie Bell Fisher (Withrow); his siblings, Frank B. Fisher, Jr. and Jane Arbaugh; and his son-in-law Jerry Simmons.
He is survived by: his wife Bettie Ann Fisher (Bright); his daughters, Suzanne Faith Simmons of Churchville and Beth Ann Bradley (Robert) of Jacksonville, Fla.; his grandchildren, Laura Meadows (Steven) of Shenandoah, Marshall Bradley of Jacksonville and Emily Bradley of Jacksonville; his great grandchildren, Hanna Knott and Madison Bradley; and his friend Joe Taliaferro.
Mask-wearing and social-distancing protocols will be followed according to current COVID-19 guidelines.
