He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaines Roscoe and Mary Frances Price (Sutherland); and his siblings, Lilly Shiflett, Corene Wagner, Arthur and George Price.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Price (Losh); his sons, Tody Price (Denise) of Churchville and Jay Price (Kelly) of Churchville; his stepsons, Charles Losh (Susan) of Churchville and Allen Losh (Paige) of Churchville; his children, Ray L. Price Jr. and Brenda M. Price; his siblings, Janie Wood of Harriston, Lewis Price of Staunton, Ernie of Harrisonburg and Walter Price of Harrisonburg; his grandchildren, Tristen, Krissa, Jayson and Austin Price; and his stepgrandsons, Colton, Michael and Logan Losh. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
