He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Kellogg and Lucy Kellogg (Graham); his stepdaughter Debbie Tutwiler; his stepgrandson Charles Tutwiler; and his siblings, Guy, Merle, Philmore, Lee Kellogg, Gertrude Jolly, Dorothy Fleming and Francis Sevier.
He is survived by: his wife Vada Kellogg (Huffer); his children, Danny Kellogg, Bonnie Read, Marcy Corcoran of Florida and Robin Runiewicz; his stepdaughters, Kathryn Kiser and Donna Powell; and his sister Marie Bigley. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
