She is survived by: her niece Tasha Griffin; her husband Henry "Alvin" Cook of Churchville; her son Michael Wayne Cook of Churchville; her stepson James Henry Cook (Kristen) of Staunton; her brothers, Harold Griffin (Bonnie) of Churchville and Harry Griffin (Susie) of Swoope; and her stepgrandchildren, Layla and Oliver Cook.
