She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Monroe Cox and Alma Cox (Reed) of Churchville; her husband James Weldon Brown; her siblings, Arnold Cox and Maxine Harris; and her niece Lisa Wheeler.
She is survived by: her son James R. "Jimmy" Brown (Donna K.); her grandson Alex Brown (Jenni); her great grandchild Kemper Brown; her sister-in-law Imogene Harris; and her nieces and nephews, Linda Armstrong, Sharon Hogan, Mark Cox, Ray Cox, Kenneth Cox and Dale Harris.
