She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Roscoe and Elizabeth Frances Simmons (Hamilton); her husband Ronald C. Rexrode; and her siblings, Ruby Gail Simmons, Faye Cleek, Virginia Neff, Edna Booth, Betty Hodge, Nancy Hatcher and Wayne Simmons.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Cox (Ray) of Churchville, Gary Rexrode of Fishersville and Shelby Spradlin (Donald) of Staunton; her grandchildren, Katie Rexrode Vaughn (Nathan), Jacob Rexrode, Josh Spradlin (Hannah Simmons) and Taylor Spradlin; and her great grandchildren, Bryson Spradlin, Aiden Vaughn, Nolan Vaughn and Waylon Spradlin. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
