She was predeceased by: her parents, Ottie Richard Halterman and Louzania Katherine Halterman (Wimer); her brothers, Richard and Donnie Halterman; and her great grandchild Ka'trell Dabney.
She is survived by: her son Richard "Junior" Halterman of Churchville; her sister Lillie Lowry of Staunton; her grandchildren, T. J., Nichole, Katie and Dylan; and her sister-in-law Dallas Waybright. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
