She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lee "Red" Losh and Evelyn Mae Losh (Graham); and her husband Ray Leonard Price. She is survived by: her sons, Tody Price (Denise) of Churchville, Jay Del Price (Kelly) of Churchville, Allen Losh (Paige) of Churchville and Charles Losh (Susan) of Churchville; her sister Darlene Simmons of Churchville; and her grandchildren, Tristen, Krissa, Jayson, Austin Price, Logan, Colton and Michael Losh.
