He is survived by: his wife Sherry Ann Welcher; his daughter Angie Casady (Tim); his brothers, Charles Thomas Welcher (Judy) and Jerry E. Welcher (Judy); his brother-in-law Calvin D. Wolfe (Jewell); his grandchildren, Courtney Shinaberry Cline (Chase) and Justin Curtis Hause (Bonnie); and his pet Lexie.
