He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennings H. Corns and Sibyl B. Corns (McCoy); his sister Susan Corns; and his grandson Tyler Abt. He is survived by: his wife Carol Corns; his children, Michael Corns (Becky) of Churchville and Lisa Corns Abt (Jeff) of Lake Anna; his grandchildren, Hayley Corns of Churchville, John "Jack" Corns of Churchville, Caroline Corns Morgner (Peter) of Staunton and Spencer Abt of Lake Anna; his siblings, Gary Corns of South Charleston and Jeanette Corns Hill of South Charleston; and his great grandchild June Morgner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
