He is survived by: his mother Gladys Lee Cash (Shipe) of Churchville; his wife Diana Kay Cash; his daughters, Tonya Eutsler (Kevin) of Churchville and Michelle Gregory (Dale) of Swoope; his siblings, Rita Mahanes (Tim) of Stuarts Draft, Lee Cash (Kathy) of Stuarts Draft, Steve Cash (Alicia) of Stuarts Draft and Robert Cash of Martinsville; his grandchildren, Savannah Mendoza (Garry), Adam Gregory (Hannah), Garrett Gregory, Kooper Smith, Easton Gregory and Hudson Gregory; and his close friends, Bill, Maryanne Bevens of Ohio, Kenny and Mona Loupe of Louisiana.
