Eugenia M. Bowers Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugenia M. Bowers (Churchville, Virginia), who passed away on March 15, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles William Mongold, Sr. and Rebecca Grace Mongold (Pennington); her husband Fred Gilmer Bowers; and her siblings, Mary Louise Armstrong, Rebecca Grace Cline, Charles William Mongold Jr., Clarence Raymond Mongold and Robert Edward Mongold.
She is survived by: her sons, Fred Bowers (Susan) of Churchville, Clyde W. Bowers (Christine) of Walkerton, Steven Bowers (Anna) of Swedesboro, N. J. and Randy Bowers (Teresa) of Churchville; her grandchildren, Crystal Culpen (Greg), Heather Acord (John), Clyde R. Bowers (Elizabeth), Will Bowers, Drew Bowers, Cameron Bowers, Alexis Bowers and Megan Cash (Adam); her great grandchildren, Paul Mawyer, Carmen Fitzgerald (Jacob), Dylan Culpen (Kara), Conner Culpen, Haley Acord, Kaley Acord, Norah Cash, Hank Cash, Kaine Cash, Daveiyn Bowers, Lacey Bowers, Abygale Zalewski and Brianne Zalewski; her great great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Aaron, Carson Mawyer, Lucas and Mary Fitzgerald; and her close friend Kevin Strickler.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Green Hill Cemetery.
