Blackwell (Bishop); his siblings, Homer T. Blackwell (Nancy) of Waynesboro, Leonard Harris (Phyllis) of Newburg, MO and Bettie E. Smith of Churchville; his siblings-in-law, Lisa L. Blackwell of Churchville, Debbie B. Blackwell of Churchville, Kim and John Samples of Paducah; his nieces and nephews, Kenton Smith of Churchville, Scott Blackwell of Churchville, Charlie Samples of West Chester, James Samples (Madi) of Loveland, Ohio, Katie Townsend (Chad) of Churchville, Brandi Wilcher of Fishersville, Beth Gouthro (Matt) of Staunton, Judy Turner (Brent) of Rolla, MO and Lana Archer (Will); his friend Julie Farrar; and his pets, Poe, Amelia, K. C., Romeo, Daisy and Sterling.
