She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Merlin and Mabel Bosserman (Harding) of Virginia; her husband Lynn Earsell Griffin; her daughter Judy Ann Griffin; her sister Patsy Blackburn; her granddaughter Collett Mann; and her close friend Pearle Rowe.
She is survived by: her children, Janet L. Adams, Lynn E. "Pete" Griffin (Terri), James W. Griffin, Roger D. Griffin (Cherrie) and Wayne K. Griffin (Dianne); and her siblings, Kathleen Smith, Brenda Smith, Alvin Bosserman and Willie Bosserman. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
