He was predeceased by: his parents, Connel Hansford and Pearl Kathleen Conner (Keyser); his wife Vera Katherine Rexrode; his siblings, David Franklin Conner and Charlotte Conner McClure; and his son-in-law Donald Coyner.
He is survived by: his children, Richie H. "Shag" Conner (Eunice Montgomery) of Edinburg, Douglas W. "Droop" Conner (Penny Benson) of Churchville, Tony "Doody" Conner (Missy Conner) of Churchville and Tammy Coyner of Churchville; his siblings, William L., Robert "Bobby" Conner of Brookesmith, Texas and Peggy Rider (Bobby) of Ft. Pierce, Fla.; his grandchildren, Deann Smith, Amanda Young, Toby Coyner, Sarah, Adam Conner and Troy Stephenson; and his great grandchildren, Katelyn, McKenzie Smith, Lynnley Young and Adalynn Coyner.
