He was predeceased by: his grandfather Joe Arch Simmons. He is survived by: his mother Billie Jo Simmons (Michael Moats) of Churchville; his siblings, Gregory of Waynesboro, John Campbell of Waynesboro, Brandon Rankin of Staunton, Meghan Dove (Matthew) of Bridgewater and Katelyn Rankin of Verona; his grandparents, Margaret Smith (David) of McDowell, Albert and Hilda Moats of McDowell; his aunts, Cheryl Halterman (Travis) of Staunton, Sheila Grapes, Connie White and Sherry Armstrong; and his cousin Parker Halterman.
