She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jesse Willard Strickler and Elizabeth Kathleen Strickler (Simmons); her husband John Howard Riffo; her sons, Dwayne E. "Bud" Riffo (Dana) of Waynesboro and Keith A. Riffo (Carrie) of Staunton; her brother W. Wayne Strickler of Churchville; and her grandchildren, Christopher Riffo, Sarah Fitzgerald (Daniel), Alia Riffo, Laura Riffo (Caleb Pearson) and Ethan Riffo (Katie Kirk).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Bear Funeral Home (14 Green Hill Ln, Churchville, VA 24421). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, or to Glossbrenner United Methodist Church.
