He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Jacob "Jake" Kelley and Junie Estelle Kelley (Kelley); his former wife Debra Lynn Kelley (McWhorter); and his siblings, Thomas "Tommy" Kelley and Edith "Charlotte" Thompson.
He is survived by: his wife Dixie Janet Kelley (Warren); his children, Jennifer White (Walter "Junior" White) of Deerfield and Keith "Zeke" Kelley (Cindy) of Monterey; his siblings, Daniel Kelley (Carol) of Mt. Solon, Patsy Riley of Staunton, Phyllis Starrett of Churchville and Ruth Kelley of Irving, Tex.; his sister-in-law Linda Kelley of Deerfield; his stepsons, Glenn Lawrence Jr. (Michelle) of Churchville and Larry Kyle Lawrence (Dana) of Churchville; his grandchildren, Ryan White, Nina Dunn, Jason Elkins, Brittany Robertson, Casey Lawrence and Ciara Bayne; and his great grandchildren, Preston Elkins, Shailey Elkins, Meadow Dunn, Gracie Elkins, Alex Elkins, Brielle Robertson, Bodi Robertson and Caroline Bayne. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
