He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Bell and Magarelli Bell (Bracken). He is survived by: his wife Janet Fix; his children, Kelly S. Bell of Parnassus, Jennifer G. Bell of Parnassus and Michael Bracken Bell (Tammy Mathers) of Parnassus; his grandchildren, Lindsey A. Ham, Rachael N. Armstrong, Shawn D. Wales (Heisha Huffer), Dylan W. Wales and Alexandria E. Bell; his great grandchildren, John H. Wheeler, Karsen S. Wales and Ava R. Eutsler; his siblings, John "Mike" Bracken Bell (Ann) of Charleston and Barbara Bell Sales (Kenneth) of Summersville; and his friends, Joe Taliaferro and Gene Lilly.
