He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Eppard and Norwood Ruth Eppard; and his sister Barbara Moubray. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Davis (Glenn) of Elkton and Chad Eppard (Valerie) of Shenandoah; his stepson Scott Schuler of Fargo; his grandchildren, Addison, Beckett Eppard, Connor, Riley Davis and Madison Schuler; his siblings, Karen Trail of Roanoke, Bobby (Linda), Chester and Alan Eppard (Tina); and his nephew Daryl Eppard of Elkton.
