She is survived by: her parents, Elizabeth Taylor (Blackwell) and Dennis William Stephenson; her stepparents, William Michael "Bill" Taylor of Verona and Charlotte Ann Stephenson of Staunton; her son Travis William Wade of Staunton; her brother Terry William Stephenson (Donna) of Stuarts Draft; her nephews, Tristan and Matthew; her niece Ashley; and her close friend Larry Allen Reedy.
