He was predeceased by: his parents, William Newton "Day" and Eleanor Dula (Morris) of Virginia. He is survived by: his wife Susan Peters Dula; his children, Timothy Wayne Dula (Lisa) of Deerfield and Bethany Dula Bowers (John) of Staunton; his sister Ramona B. Lovegrove (Fred) of Staunton; his grandchildren, Austin P. Bowers (Brooke), Ashlea Bowers Hevener (Tyler), L. Megan Dula (Casey Lewis) and A. Day Dula (Allison Wilhoit); his great grandchildren, Brayden Fix, Abigail Bowers, Letti Bowers, Peyton Hevener and Brock Bowers; his niece Michelle McBryde (Lee); and his friend Leon Bartley.
