She was loved and cherished by many people including: her close friend William Augustus Reid; her former husbands, Richard Southwood and Roy Carlson; her children, Gail Coleen Hanger (Philip), Jeffrey Lynn Southwood, Andrea Kathleen Allen (Robert) and Kenneth Henning Carlson (Ok Kyung So); her sister Sandra McNeill (Bradford); her grandchildren, Abigail Hanger, Elizabeth Hanger Miller (Thad), Paul Hanger, Hannah Carlson (Nathaniel Stone), Grace Carlson, Faith Carlson and Hope Carlson; and her parents, Thurman Corbin and Thelma Corbin. She was also cherished by great-grandchildren.
