He is survived by: his parents, James Kenneth Howard of Tucson, AZ and Jean Donahue of Morehead, KY.; his wife Carol Howard; his sons, Brad and John Howard; his siblings, Robert Howard, Ray Howard and Carla Hinz; his aunts, Debbie Mabry and Geraline Porter; his uncle Joe White; and his siblings-in-law, Sarah, Lowell Spaulding, Alice and Jimmy Spaulding. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
