She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Martin and Mary Kast Martin; and her siblings, Shirley Mullins, Frances Justice and Lawrence Martin.
She is survived by: her husband Rayburn Milton Fisher; her daughter Bobbie; her stepdaughters, Pam Deisher and Anita Metz; her close friend Rosey; and her pets, Nikko and Gizmo. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Family request in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Mountain Top Mission Church in her honor located at 2960 Roanoke Street, Christiansburg VA 24073.
